There is no way to charge your paypal, they can send you a money request and ask you to pay,you dont have to/
what you lose is you wont be able to sell tickets thru them anymore.
They should not send tickets without your consent, and how do you know they sent the tickets? | Hey okay this is interesting.
So they told me because I didn’t respond to the initial email about the dispute they had to give the buyer a new ticket so they could attend the concert. Again this all happened 2 days before the concert I really wasnt given enough time to learn about the situation. The buyer was sent an electronic ticket.
I didn’t see the email till the day after the concert (so 3 days after the email was sent to me). And I really do blame myself but the email address I used was a spam account so the emails don’t come to my phone and I just check when I think about it.
There is an email with the money request from the company, but it’s worded like they’ll take it out of whatever card or PayPal account they have on file. Luckily they don’t have my card but they do have my PayPal.
“We have issued the charges below in order to cancel your original payment and cover any additional expenses incurred in resolving this issue for the customer. If additional expenses were incurred, the amount below may be greater than your original payment amount...
If you have been remitted payment for this order already, the original payment amount may be recouped via PayPal or by charging the card on file.”
But even if they don’t charge my PayPal wouldn’t they just send it to a collection agency and go after my credit? |
