Query about buying only paypal account as a newbie

I'm Jam. From Dhaka, Bangladesh! I feel lucky that I found this excellent private forum about full of PayPal discussion and other good things

So, I'm a newbie in this section. I mean about buying or purchasing a PayPal account.

Okay! Firstly I want to clear my circumstance. In my country, there is no authority about Paypal. So that's why I can't create PayPal account by legally.

But I need PayPal account so severely. As a freelancer and other online marketing purposes, most of the payment account receive or given process via Paypal. I need a PayPal account for my usage.

I hope I cleared my perspective situation.Now I need fully suggestion that I must follow before buying a PayPal account. Give me full instruction that I must avoid and what's the question that I should I asked the seller.

Now I need some question answers; It's all about my curiosity mind ( If I asked something wrong kindly pardon me ) -

-How much safe to use this kind PayPal account?

-Are there any chances to get my account hack?

-Should I use any extra tools for using this PayPal account?

It's sad that no one is giving me any suggestion. I thought everyone here very helpful and friendly.

That all depends on how you use the account. If you start out slowly you should be fine


The only way your account is going to be hacked is if you have a security issue at your end. Accounts on here are as safe as you make them

You should get the stealth guide so you understand how to run the account without liking it to your old account

The real question is can you provide ID's when and if paypal limit the account ?

Will they be happy seeing an IP from Bangladesh log in to Paypal ?

Can you attach a Bangladeshi bank account to the Paypal account ?

Paypal never allows Bangladeshi Bank. Although I don't need any local bank attachment. I just need a PayPal account for daily basis usage.Not so much complicated things like ebay.

I'll be happy to receive money from someone ( like Fiverr ) As a freelancer.
