sending money.....

Ok I have a brand new paypal and a debit card. I added it to the paypal. I lost the link to confirm the card to get the code but im not sure if that matters. So im just trying to send funds to someone (account has no ssn) from my debit card but everytime it keeps saying add payment thing I put card details in but it doesnt show....please help me.

your account is ew.
it wil never allow you trasfer money for some days.
you can try again after 48 hours.
you need to add some oyther info too.like ssn and another bank or debitcard

apparently you can, and i spoke with the rep and they said u can, i spoke with them on chat and the rep said i tried to many times to send. BUT I NEVER EVEN FVCKING SENT ANYTHING BECAUSE I COULDNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the hoe said i had to wait 4 days. and no the paypal im sending to is OLD.

I know when Paypal first start introducing use of debit card to withdraw fund ,it has problem with some debit cards,you may want to wait a few days and try again.
what kind of debit card do you have?
what else is linked to your PAYPAL account?credit card?bank account?

Yes you are 100% right. Anyways now im hearing rumors they dont allow this debit card....anyways doesnt matter....found a way to get the money a few mins ago. all good. fvck gaypal
