My Paypal withdrawal is delayed
 

I tried to "accept money" and tried to do a cash account. Paypal has requested ID from me which I haven't (because I cant submit). So now its has been three days later and I tried to withdraw to my bank account and now iI got the delayed withdrawal email. What would that mean?

secondly, can i create labels using my back account? I only get option for the VCC and "instant transfer". What is instant transfer?

How can I transfer money from Paypal to VCC?

instant transfer is using a debit card

ok but why dont i see my linked bank account as a means of payment to make a label?

Delayed withdraws tend to be normal for newer accounts. I basically get instant transfers to my bank with no delay now
