Been 200 days they’ve not released my funds

Has anyone got there money back by taking it up with PP Executive Escalations

The supervisor at PayPal said the office keeps refusing the documents so she’s gonna have to bring in the Executive escalation

Has anyone had any luck after this stage

Or is the account basically dead and my money gone

Depends in part on what your selling

People do sometimes get their money back so long as everything else is above board.

This has happened to me twice before

2 accounts in 2018 - one was £1500 during May & another was £120 in November

I’d usually just get a email saying you can withdraw your funds

I think it’s more because the back office don’t like what I’m giving them so the docs are the problem

The item I understand your point but even on the previous 2 accounts they let the money get withdrawn

Just not now

Any idea what happens with the executive escalation people

There is no "executive escalation team". Where would you get a silly idea like this? She was joking.

Using inaccurate terminology creates myths. Chain of command of PayPal has titles and sub-titles.

A lot of things have changed in the last year

Things that used to be fine a year ago and used to happen now don’t.

It will come down to what you have sent them and what you have sold.

James tbh even if I don’t get the funds I’d much rather close them banks create new ones and get more stealth accounts

Than waste time honestly

When will I know for sure that the account is dead and I can’t get my funds

At that point I’d rather close the bank let PP keep the funds and open more stealths

The docs were a bit, how shall I say - amateur

Products sold were phake

Emailed executive escalation and the rest of there gang

Do you think they’d release funds, if not might as well delete the banks make more in a few weeks

And get cracking making new accounts for eBay
