Using Paypal Balance

They asked me for 3 documents, I sent pictured ID (legit), Utility bill and copy of SS tax statement. Says under review, then next day it says attach documents and it is SSN again, Again I attach, then next day it says attach SSN again (I am sending them w-2 from Social Security Agency, ?? Confused.

I sent them w-2 form and now I can use my paypal balance to buy things and pay shipping cool.
