new Paypal policies 2019?
 

Hello how are you. I'm wanting to buy a vba to verify my account. All false data in both pp and ebay. But the person who sells tells me that according to the new pp policies when you receive your first sale if you want to charge it, you ask for SSN. If you do not provide it, you will not get more money back. What do you know about this topic? Can not create accounts with any data?

USA accounts are useless to people who don't live in USA now.

What the shady VBA seller told you is correct. Unless you SSN verify your account (which you can't do) you can only withdraw money you receive into a real USA bank account. You can't spend or send any of the money you receive.

Buying a VBA would be a waste of money because it wouldn't do anything. You can't withdraw to it.. so what's the point?

I recommend you stop fooling around with USA Paypal accounts.

So even without a SSN you can receive payments and withdraw to US bank account? Will this work as a long term solution or will they eventually limit the account if no SSN?

They say you can accept up to 200 payments without adding a SSN.. you'd just have to withdraw all the funds.

Still though.. what's the point of doing that when you could just use another country account and not have to worry about being cut off after 200 sales.

According to the new ebay policies, if you do not have SSN, you will not be able to withdraw the money. I was restricted by 2 accounts, but I can not open an account in my country because I need another account and in the name of another person, which is difficult

it is not Ebay policy,Ebay and paypal are 2 separate companies now/

Exactly, they are separated, but we are talking about you can verify with VBA but then when you want to buy or send money to another account you need SSN
