Paypal accept documents and after hour limit acc

Hi. I have sold an item, and paypal ask from me docs. Invoices, proof of address, supplier information. All i have provided, then they has sent email cos they remove limitation from account.

After 1-1.5 h they send new email cos they close my account t permanently.
Is that normal situation ?

Clearly they weren’t happy with the docs. Not all docs pass so just move onto another stealth

But on first they accept docs ! They reinstated my account.

My stealth ID was accepted, then 2 weeks later account banned and they said ID was bad when I called in. So even after they accept, they are still reviewing them.

It takes time to verify IDs.

They accept the ID's (their bots do it) then a real person has a look.

The same with closing disputes. Their bots close the dispute based on tracking provided. And if any party raises discrepancies or a problem then a real person looks at it and uses their own judgement.

Now judgement can vary from agent to agent. Some may be harsh, others may not be.

But they didn't explain. Every time when have some issue they not explain what is problem.

Probably something has changed in their office.
Because previously i have done everything same, same docs, same item what i have sold, everything is same !
