Hello everyone, I just received an email from PayPal stating they’re updating their policies. In the link they sent me there was something I had a question about. It states “We’re updating our User Agreement in anticipation of expanding our capabilities for PayPal Payouts. PayPal Payouts is being enhanced to allow payments to be directed to Venmo account holders in addition to PayPal account holders.”

Does this mean that sellers will be able to cash out their “pending funds” with Venmo in addition to a bank account or does this mean that their going to allow verified accounts to send payments to Venmo via PayPal? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank You
