Paypal account verification for US in 2019??
 

Sorry, but I'm a bit confused as newbie now. I'm in the US and have a SSN and an eBay and PayPal account that is connected to it.
If I understood it correctly, to open a new stealth PayPal account now I need to have another SSN as the EIN alone (if I open a corporation) is not sufficient.
So how can I do that and keep it alive after 200 transactions or $20000??

Or is the solution not to open an eBay and PayPal account in the US but in another country? If so where?...

You can just add and EIN and LLC when you upgrade your Paypal to business only thing is you can’t spend the funds still without the SSN but you can go over the tax limit and withdrawal funds to your bank

Is that different if you create a business account from the start of?

So I can not pay my eBay fees with money on my PayPal account? So I need another way to do that... That's it? Other than this it works just fine, or will I run into the problem that PayPal will not release the funds for 180 days..?
