PayPal bank account question (limitation)
 

Hello,

I would like to know if PayPal can access the information on the linked bank account.

My account recently got suspended the reason being was that they somehow linked the account to another one of my accounts despite using completely different info and a VPN from another state.

I can't really pinpoint the problem I can only think that they have access to my info on my bank account but I did a couple transactions on the account (totalling around 2000$) and they didn't seem to notice until a recent 600$ transaction (which maybe was too much)
