Wow Transferring paypal to banned bank acct
 

So I have 4 banned checking accts on Paypal over the last 4 years, I had them attached to paypal that got limited, some for NO APPARENT reason. So the debit card attached to those expired and the bank sent me new debit cards, with new numbers. I successfully attached those this week to two of my paypals that had no bank attached and then transferred money to my debit card and the balance went into my banned bank accts. Cool.

Yeah...... that's how it works. New debit card = new usable account. No way for them to associate debit cards to bank accounts.
