where to buy stealth accounts and do they run into problems?
how do you buy a stealth account? i only see ebay + paypal accounts here i just need a simple paypal account nothing more or anything. im fine with just a paypal account. having one that i can change the details on like just give it my own business name is perfect and thats all i need.
how do they not just automatically limit it as soon as you log on it? wont they see i logged on with a vpn in a new location or something like that? i talked to one of my friends and they use paypal.co.uk and they say they just use a netherlands VPN ip and never have any problem just generating a random ip every single time they sign on |
