Hello! I have made new PayPal account, but made mistake and gave incorrect passport number. How PayPal refers to changing the number? Will it not be suspicious?

forget about it until the 2500 euro limit documents verification. When you come to it, you can edut the number and submit the pass pic

Get your passport pic in "accordance" for when you hit limit
