Stealth PayPal Account

If someone were to make a stealth PayPal account to receive funds and send them to a different PayPal account, and delete the stealth account afterwards, will the deleted stealth account details (like who it received money from and who it sent money to) be deleted from PayPal database? Or does PayPal database keep records of every account forever??

Example : dummy PayPal account > uses linked bank account to send money to stealth account > stealth account then either transfer the money to linked green dot card Or sends to another PayPal account > when finished Stealth account is closed >following that the original dummy account is closed....

Thoughts? Advice?

Deleted info is still retained.

One school of thought says info gets retained for 7years.

I,personally, would never trust PayPal.
