PayPal holds for 2-3 months??

Hey, one guy told me that once i create a new paypal account i will be getting holds for 60-90 days. It means that for 60-90 days i will be getting 21 days hold for every payment that i will receive.. Is that true??

not definitely. If depends on lots of factors, such as ip, country, trust of sending accounts etc.

General rule is 90 days from you first receiving money, about 20 - 30 transactions and $250ish turnover

up to 21 days ,it could be less if you upload tracking and it shows delivered
