Paypal support answer me in Russian language. Why ?
 

Hello.

Is there something has changed ? I have Latvian account, submitted all docs, and paypal review answer i have received in Russian language. Is that normal ?

Before all email was in English language and from Ireland not from Russia.

No, but it never has happened before. Why Russian branch reviewing my case if i have created account in EU.

Yes sure. If it is translated then adress is not translated for example from ireland to russia -

Yeah Paypal are suspicious about Yugoslav accounts, seeing as YU hasn't existed for about 30 years
