For a LLC, which business type to select?
 

Not stealth related.

Paypal doesn't have a LLC option for business type. Which one should be picked for a LLC?

I don't like sole proprietor since paypal wants my SSN and birthdate. Also, I don't want anything that argues that I'm operating as a sole proprietorship and not a LLC. That defeats the purpose of having a LLC.

A LLC is not a corporation but otherwise that seems to fit.

Would partnership be a good choice? Since LLCs and LLPs are in many ways similar.

I see that LLC commonly talked on this forum. What business type do people select?

From my understanding ,a partnership is better because of the ssn thing. I'm wanting to get the best answer myself so..cmon kind folks of aspkin..fill us in
