can i open apaypal account with 1 bank info and another social security #

i want to open a new paypal account with my own bank account number and i also have someones info with social security and date of birth..
do i have to just use there name in order to match the social security number and use my own bank account number would that be fine...or they will still somehow know???? or it wont be accepted??

You can use your own bank account for paypal. They don't see the information on your bank account. Use someone else info for paypal.
