If you are not in the USA, change your flag to the actual Country you are currently in.

Then you really should be changing your flag to the proper country.
And any solutions you find will be problematic and unreliable at best.

yo can always buy somethig like gold and sell it locally to a dealer for cash

If you can use your paypal Balance, buy Bitcoins and transfert them to wallets like wirex.com or e-coin.com, these website accept cryptocurrency, you'll be able to withdraw you money with their debit card.

You can buy bank accounts but like slokor said it can be hit and miss and not reliable
