Sending funds as "Goods for Service"

Hello community,

Yesterday I received 300eur in my second paypal account ( there I have attached my credit card but dont have BA because its attached to another account ) and since i can't transfer them directly to my debit card because of lacking of bank account i must send them to my main account which there i have cc and ba. I wanted to ask you guys is it "safe" to send these funds through goods for service and example to write in the "Note" that I bought clothes equal to that amount of money. And after sending to mark it as shipped from my main account, will it work? ( will mark tracking info isn't required - could be local pickup as example ;) )
( For the second account - its upgraded to business if it needs to be shared with you guys )

point that you order is already processed and you don't need the track number.
Keep in mind antifraud either. It would probably be safer to split it into 2-3 parts (depending on the accounts' trust)

if you send via goods and services, you will be paying Paypal fees again?
but if you send vi friend and family, Paypal may look into it.

It seems will pay the fees but thats kinda okay, because as friends and family as you said, they will probably take the payment under review.
