Bank account disappeared while linking

2 days ago I linked a Canadian bank account on my Canadian stealth account with phone confirmation and received an email about "Bank Account Added" But 2 deposits did not come.

Today I logged in and the bank account I am trying to add is disappeared.
I tried to add it again but it says
"You cannot add a bank at this time.

The safety and security of your bank account information is protected by PayPal. We protect against unauthorized withdrawals from your bank account to your PayPal account. Plus, we will notify you by email whenever you deposit or withdraw funds from this bank account using PayPal.

Your bank account in Canada must contain only Canadian Dollars. Learn more"

I also tried to send a message to PP about this issue but it tries to security check then says "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you"

Do you have any idea?

if your bank account disappeared,Paypal removed that bank account.

What would be the reason?

I did the phone verification during adding the bank account.

They even sent a me an email that I added a bank account.

I know in case that you ask Paypal to withdraw fund from your bank and there is never enough fund in your bank account,Paypal will remove your bank account .
In your case,you have to find out why?

is the bank account in Canadian $,is it in your name?

the bank was removed by paypal and also they blacklisted too

No it is not in my name. I have USD balance and bank is Canadian $.
Should there be some money in that bank account?
It is Scotiabank.

Why did they blacklist that bank account? Can't I relink it?

It is an old account and belongs to my friend.

may be it is already linked to another Paypal account?
or they find out this is not your bank account,?

He told us it is Scotia Bank,and it is not his
