eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - How to confirm Paypal address?

did it show you how to confirm your address?
If I recall,adding a credit card would do.most folks have their cc statements sent to their home or office address.
with a stealth account,I dont know ??

A credit card is added, but its attached to a different address when I try to switch the address to my current address I get "Sorry we can't process that request right now"

Ya he just said that agent should have changed the adress then confirmed it with an AVS CC

I dont mean this address with Paypal,I mean what is with the bank which issued him the cc,what is the address on their file>
