new paypal changes coming?
 

Hello, i just receive this message from Paypal. (We’ve placed funds from your eBay sale on temporary hold based on information provided by eBay and other data. The funds will be available within 21 days. Add shipping info on eBay to help get your funds faster. Contact eBay for more information.) now keep in mind with this message, my funds are still available for withdrawal. strange??? I dont know if this is an auto response or you think we should add shipping info on eBay. just want to be safe? Thanks

may be wait a few hours and see if the fund is still available to transfer/
Ebay has always been asking Paypal to withhold fund,this is not new

Sounds like a standard 21 days hold. Nothing new or out of the ordinary there.

I was able to transfer my funds. I did add a return address with my eBay account just in case. which seems to not effect when i just transferred my funds, paypal has these bots that remind you of changes but they actually dont affect your account? FYI guys. kinda Strange. lol....

i understand the hold times. but its not applying to this account. the money transferred. also if you have your item show delivery. in 3 days by calling paypal they will release the funds. Thanks again

It is up to 21 days,but once tracking shows delivered,it is released sooner.
if it is an Ebay hold,then call Ebay .
