business paypal account suspended
 

Hi

I'm new. We heavily relied on Paypal as a payment processor for our business website. One day our business account was suspended. No appeal no explanation nothing. We had to dismiss a member of staff and the other staff (once he had gone) explained he use to do something dodgy with Paypal and saying stuff didn't arrive. He did this at work. I'm assuming our business account has been closed because of this guy? Is there a way of getting our account back? We have never had a problem or ever had any resolution processes. Perfect account and we paid all our fees etc.

Your business account was most likely taken down due to the shady activity of your employee at the same location.

You've probably got less than a 10% chance of getting your account restored but regardless of your chances, all you can do is call in and try to explain what happened.

if someone is doing somthing shady with her account,wont it show in activity history?
or emails?
or your ex employee account was suspended and Paypal has linked your account with his.

That really sucks :(

I would call paypal to explain the situation, I mean theres a lot of people at work who do fraud with regular corporate bank accounts.. cant believe the bank shut down accounts for that.

I had such scene in past and pp deny my request too.
as per their reply it is my responsibility to accept account activity.
sad but true.
