| KnowTheGame | 06-11-2019 10:58 AM | Withdrawal via check Have attempted to withdraw via check on 5 different accounts. Accounts were limited but have received email stating funds are eligible for withdrawal.
Called in 10+ times. Only once did I get a supervisor to force one through. When I ask others to do the same, they state they don't have the option to (lying pr*cks). Confirmed address w/ card, even answered public database questions correctly on one (still unable to withdraw).
Anyone else having this problem? Anyone have a solution?
They state it's their internal security system (aka trash algorithm) blocking the withdrawal, and for me to wait 24-72 hours. I've done so and still no withdrawals going through. |
| Icykid298 | 06-11-2019 11:35 AM | Re: Withdrawal via check What I did was this I attached an unconfirmed bank account to one of the accounts and then magically I the option to withdraw by check worked(mind you I had an agent on the phone with me that apparently made the funds available) Also FYI this only worked for one account I tried this with several other accounts and then when I tried to withdraw by check the screen turned blank white.
They told me the same thing wait 24-72 hours etc etc. I was going to give it a day and try but as long as I've been doing this if you call about 10000000 times you'll get it fixed. If you figure something out let me know because I don't think adding a bank account is the answer.
One guy told me you have to add a bank to withdraw via check. But normally you don't need to do that. One of the banks I added was confirmed and it still didnt work. The other was unconfirmed and it worked. Honestly I would keep calling thats what I'm going to do hopefully we both get our funds withdrawn. |

Everything was working fine for me 6-9 months ago and even before then. I googled searched this problem and only 2 threads appeared. It just hasn't happened to a lot of people yet, I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with stealth dying and a large majority of people just transfer using bank accounts anyways. |

then it switched to bank check.
it is a courtesy which is not widely used ,most folks prefer to transfer fund to their bank account or use a bank debit card for faster transfer. |

Also usher if you see this it would have been nice if you responded to my pm. |
| agent006140 | 06-11-2019 01:28 PM | Re: Withdrawal via check is the fund free to transfer?
are you where you said you are?
is the address where check should be sent to look right?
after i read on this forum so many people have problem,I went to my account and go thru the motion of asking fro a check, when it shows me the review screen, there is an edit button by my address, but when I click on it,nothing happens?
I assume they wont let me change my address? |

Yes to everything. |
| agent006140 | 06-11-2019 02:36 PM | Re: Withdrawal via check dont know why?
Maybe, just may be,your fund is really not that available, where does it come from and how long ago has it been sent to you?????
see,if they send you a check ,the money is gone when you cash it.
if it is transfered to a bank account ,and you have a credit card linked, there are ways to be compensated for its loss? it = paypal |
| agent006140 | 06-11-2019 02:39 PM | Re: Withdrawal via check there is the paypal forum, and Paypal rep sometimes will be there to respond.
The others are volunteers and they are all very good and knowledgible, may be you can see if any one has the same problem,of course they are not using stealth account, you dont have to tell them you are using one |

Also tell me about the conversation you had with that supervisor how did she manage to do that? She obviously was capable of doing something other representatives weren't.
@agent I'm just going to wait a few days. |

I simply spoke to the supervisor. No I am not getting a blank white screen, just an error message.
I have filed a BBB Complaint and sent an email to the executive office. If these don't work I will take the legal route. |

Also I would calling, but I completely understand your frustration. Also it seems like we're both having slightly different problems then. paypal.com/wdcheck | I am not totally sure on if it has been 180 days but I got the email that I could withdraw, wouldnt that be enough?! It may be as you say, one that is a month early.
When I try paypal.com/wdfunds it simply takes me back to the account summary page. When I try paypal.com/wdcheck it takes me to the normal check withdrawal page, I input the amount, press continue, then get the same 'error' message (Sorry — your last action could not be completed...)
I appreciate your input though :) |

I appreciate your input though :) | All of mine were a month early as well. But I'll say this in the past when it was 100% past 180 days I've always gotten the funds. So I'm going to try again this friday and if it doesn't work I'm going to wait until it goes past 180 days which is next month and then if that doesn't work then ill panic. Sometimes I think it has to do with their retarded system or security system or whatever. You may have received the email but I think it maybe truly still not available.
Also no problem man I really hope its just a matter of ultimately waiting out the 180 days which woud rule out a lot of other things in my opinion. So if its passed 180 days and it still doesn't work we'll both come back and try and brain storm
Keep us updated. |

Now mind you all of the accounts I received the email saying the funds being available technically weren't passed 180 days. So I'm going to wait until Friday or Saturday and if nothing works I'll wait the rest of the 180 days out. Also when I called to try to withdraw the funds out a lot of them told me they don't see the funds available so they have to reset the system or wait 24-72 hours. But its probably best to wait out the full 180 tbh. Whats your situation? |

Silly me decided not to bother with some accounts and wait it out. To solve any future problems I'd suggest calling and get the funds released early and if they argue leave a balance for any chargebacks etc. Let this be a lesson learned for of us not to leave a balance. |

Also getting the funds released early is much harder then getting the funds released normally after the 180 days. What else is going on with your accounts?I mean have you tried any other options? Are you getting a blank white screen when you try to withdraw? Have you tried to withdraw too many times? What did the supervisors or call agents tell you? |

Another one is about to be by bank( trying to see if I can get it withdrawn by check though) The option to withdraw by check still appears blank for me. But oddly I have the option to transfer to bank which seems to work. Normally check and bank both don't work.
I'm still patiently waiting on the accounts that didn't work I'm going wait until Saturday/Friday to see what happens then I'm going to just wait out the rest of the 180 days.
I noticed on the
first two accounts
The first representative was able to automatically enable the funds from there end. They didn't say anything about the funds not being available they just did it.
The rest of the accounts they either said the funds weren't available, tried to make me do a withdrawal(which would fail),or simply connect me over to someone else. |

After trying all day yesterday, with several hours of non-activity in between, I was able to get 1.00 - 100.00$ increments withdrawn via bank (They are still pending review) but somehow I got to pages I wasn't able to before.
I DID NOT WAIT THE 48-72 HRS THE AGENTS RECOMMEND (They are professional bull****ters).
So, no luck with check (I called 6 times yesterday) but some potential here with the bank. Will update once they are no longer pending.
Can't wait until eBay 100% ditches PayPal. WORST COMPANY. |

Mine are pending as well, I think now you just need to have a bank account to withdraw by check unfortunately.....wait did your check go through without a bank account? I really hope the accounts that didn't work before end up working.I really wish there was an answer why withdraw to check goes to blank white screen. |

The one account that I got a check from did not have a bank, just a card (to confirm address). I have called them probably 30 times and that 1 check was the only one I got out. |

You'll speak with one guy and he'll say this and the next guy will say no thats wrong. The third person will say something completely different. I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to have to create multiple bank accounts it seems like now a check is too much of a hassle.
I also feel like a part of it might be a time sensitivity type of a thing.I know if you withdraw multiple times and it doesn't withdraw its messes things up.You said you waited out the 24/72 hours then I would wait pass the full 180 days if they aren't passed 180 days.
