Wtf is going on here
 

I called into pp had my account limited for docs and receipts and trackings...

this was on 2 different accounts...........

called into both and had both limitations lifted succesfully....

i did nothing on either accounts after the limitations were removed.
no payments in or out. no withdrawals. NOTHING... NO CASES OPENED OR ANYTHING.

1 day later limitations are back on both accounts and their asking for the same dam docs again!!!

anyone ever seen this :doh::doh::juggle:

Haven't had this before, I would just call in explain you've already done this and if needs be, just give the docs again.

what department did you call? The speaker is native speaker or chinese/filipino? do you have an active listing on ebay?

Bunch of c*nts. Were these genuine docs submitted on a legit account or stealth docs / stealth account ? in which case they definitely had a closer look at the docs or ran a public check which led to the suspension again.

This happened to me! I'm not using eBay, but when I got to the 2500 EUR tax limit, I had to send in docs. I did that, it was unlimited for 1 day, but then next day I logged back in, and I was limited again, asking for the same docs...

Just email them ASAP, and tell them wtf do they think they're doing... PayPal is a JOKE nowadays...they said it was a system error...

Just be really direct with them, mixed with a little bit of threatening...
There's a human being at the other end, and they might believe you, whatever you say.
Tell them that this way you can't do business with them, if they randomly do sh!t like this...

This is an example of PayPal's security system overriding what the reps do. I have seen it before. Sometimes the front line reps are unable to remove a limitation themselves, or they take it off initially, but the system puts it back on later. Another department might have the ability to remove, but something on the account is causing it.

Well It is so bad, I don't even try to send in docs or call, just put a bullet in it and open another paypal, keeps me under 20K limit LOL

for paypal germany at least i believe them that it could be a system error.. was at the receiving limit with some accounts over the last months, uploaded the docs to paypal, one day later their system still has not noticed that i uploaded them. some days later i wrote a mail, some days later i started a chat and FINALLY could use the accounts again with big excuses on their end.
then one week later my oldest account was hit with various hold payments with no obvious pattern, maybe thats related
