New pp acct cannot withdraw! Help!
 
I think i made a big mistake. I set up a new ebay account, and sold some items.
Though, the new unconfirmed paypal acct I set up is under a stealth name and address, is asking for ssn and date of birth.
If I put in my personal information for name and address change,
will paypal release my funds, and i can start over with buying a new ebay
account??? I'm quite stuck here... :(

No they won't, just start over and leave that account

Probably better to start over.

Do you have access to US bank account? Are you in the USA?

link any usa bank and withdraw into that,click botton collect money .
if you dnt have usa bank then use payoner bank offering usd bank.but it will work now just for 1 time withdraw,after paypal remove payoneer,before that you can cashout funds and next use proper account
