Paypal Business issue

I just trying to send fund to someone and got stuck on this paypal popup.

I tried on another US business pp account and the same.While there is no issue or limitation from pp end.
Anybody else facing this rn ?

New update:
I noticed this issue is reflecting to 4 of my oldest account, other accounts are working fine.Also i asked to payee request fund and then i try to pay and it works.
Just the normal way is givving me above issue.

seems like a security measure. Leave it idle for 2-3 days or try a less sum of money

Do you have US pp business paypal ?
coz i am getting this on another pp too.
Its just after click on Money, so no matter of less amount or anything.

Seems like just another paypal glitch.
Are you using the same browser on all 4 accounts?

I am using all 4 accs on VM machine, each on separate.
using IPBurger for each. all IPs are connected.
Browser: firefox portable for each.

My issue got resolve auto, but also i noticed few other user's pp getting the same issue.
So i suggest just wait and auto fix in 48+hrs
