Instant Bank Transfers?

I did an instant bank(Capital One) transfers apparently they take one day, and I did one on Thursday early in the morning and its still pending.So are these are pretty much just regular transfers?

instant is instant,usually same day.
Is this the first time you use Capital one Bank debit card?

seems he used bank withdrawal, not card one.
If so, it is not instant, up to 5 business days.

It said instant transfer(Takes 1 business day) Maybe I'm confusing it with something else but it said one business day transfer.

Capital One bank is known to reject mismatched deposits. An instant transfer initiated on Thursday should have hit your account the same day if it was going to work. Even expecting it to hit the next day is unreasonable given how instant transfers work.

Fed has different levels of ACH now,the highest level is same day,the lowest one is our old friend 1-3 days
