How to open Bussiness Acount from Turkey
 

Hi,
My names Murat i am from Turkey. I have etsy shop, and want receive payment for my bussiness with paypal. I receive payments from my customers around 100usd to 2000 usd per one translaction. Monthly 8000-12000 usd receive.
But PayPal is not allowed from our country. therefore, I decided to establish a company in USA. Wyoming state is seem good. I want to create LLC company. But i have many question.
1-)What documents are required for a PayPal of bussinesss account?(only EIN is enought? ITIN is requirements?)
2-) When i'm create LLC, can i use my company info for PayPal bussiness acount creating from TURKEY(my register and login from turkey ip)
3-) When i use it from Turkey my account have any limit or risk for my bussiness? Need VPN?
4-) I need mobile phone service for paypal, whats your choice?

I can't answer on what docs will be required. But never login from IP from Turkey. I had one of my accounts limited just because I was logging in from Turkey IP when I was in Turkey.

But already there(my company agent) are documents that I live in Turkey.
