Anyone still able to spend paypal balance after june13 deadline?

Tried to send money and it took me all the way to the send money button and i chose paypal balance as option. I did not click the send now. Has anyone had luck still spending their balance?

Paypal has been asking for docs before you can spend your balance. So people in USA just withdraw everything to their bank accounts.
