Is it allowed to have 5 paypal accounts under your name and address and info and everything? Is paypal going to send me 5 tax forms when the year ends?

I maybe wrong, but you are only allowed to have 2 accounts under the same name - 1 Premier/Personal and 1 Business Account.

You should close your unused pp account, else gonna face limitation on all.
Use max 2 pp business+premier )
or stealth is welcoming you open arms.:)

1099k goes by SSN,so you get one SSN if all your accounts have the same SSN

Nah s/he'd get 5 1099's and would have to combine all the income him/herself.

5 1099 from Paypal or 5 x 1099 ,one from each payment provider like Etsy,Amzn,Paypal,etc

From Paypal. It happened to me before I knew about stealth or business accounts. I had 3 accounts with my name and SSN. They made a 1099 for each account and then limited all 3 because one account was limited already.
