ebay shipping change
 

is it just me or everytime i want to use paypal to ship item wont let me use balance then i noticed everytime i get paid for ebay transaction i have to withdraw to my checking. it wont let me use paypal balance it asks for ssn?
why is this

That's the way Paypal works now. Started on personal accounts a few months ago and on business accounts a few days ago.

Without SSN,thats all you can do is transfer to a bank and now some banks are rejecting the fund if names do not match.

So many members here that actually live in USA are scared to walk in a bank and open an account.. so it's kinda a nonpoint. It seems like the average Philippine poster here is more inclined to open an account at Wells Fargo than the average USA poster here.

I do not understand why banks don't allow mismatched "deposits" hundreds of partnerships have 2 owners. My bank (Regions) laughed and said "why wouldn't we accept deposits?" withdrawals would be a whole another issue. Just weird a bank would not accept a deposit.

Aside from what we're doing, cryptocurrency is another reason why some banks are tightening their regulations around deposits. Wells Fargo used to let you make cash deposits into anybody's account but not anymore, thanks to localbitcoins.
