everytime i get paid for ebay transaction i have to withdraw to my checking. it wont let me use paypal balance it asks for ssn?
why is this

Policy update that went into effect this year to combat foreigners abusing US PP accounts. No need for double threads.

then whats the best way to pay for shipping through ebay and paypal? So you can't use paypal balance anymore. so every-time you get paid money can only be transferred to checking and not paypal balance

Right. At this point it's really better to handle postage outside of eB/PP on US stealth accounts.

You can look into pirateship. It's free to use and you can link an account to each of your eBay's. Then you can automatically import orders and postback tracking with the press of a button.
