How to start "180 day before funds are available" process???
 

i have an account that is asking for ID, invoices etc. i cant provide any of that. i would like this account to just give me the "180 day before funds can be withdrawn" prompt but even after submitting pictures of just a black screen i still havent gotten it. this has worked for me before and ive even gotten the 180 day with out even doing anything some times. does anyone know any triggers to get PP to start this process? i have a large amount of money in this one account and i dont mind waiting the 6 months, i just want to be notified that its started already. thanks for any input.

You submitted a copy of black screen and expect Paypal to respond??
I bet you Paypal is still waiting for you to upload docs.
if you have sold something or services,most chargebacks will come within 180 days,hence 180 days hold,but Paypal still want to make sure you are the owner of this account so it is asking for docs,2 issues here.
if you dont give them what they ask,you may never get your money back

dont worry, it is released as after 180 days from date limited, you dont need to upload anything or start any process

Why wouldn't you try getting creative and "have a go" to see whether you can by-pass their verifications, you don't really have anything to lose. Just out right submitting a black jpg is quite funny.
