Withdrawal....

So I withdrew my money and it says 72hour delay. In the meantime says they want to return but have not opened a return case yet. Will my withdrawal get cancelled if they open a return within 72hours? Thanks!

normally any delay is a security check of antifraud system for new accounts. Just wait and it ull perform automatically.

Yes! - If the return or case/claim comes in during the 72 hour window, PayPal will automatically cancel the withdrawal request so that the funds are available to cover the dispute or return.

Likely scenario indeed. Returns can trump the withdrawal
