cannot pay with bank on ebay...

When i go to try and make a purchase on ebay and login at checkout with my paypal it keeps asking to add card. I have a bank attached and wanna use my bank is this normal?

They wanted you to add a Credit/Debit Card.

why tho???? so your saying i cant use my bank? also if i pay with card and they refund me does it go to my card or back to the paypal?

in cas you pay wih the card the refund will go to the card.

PayPal requires a backup payment source in case one of them is declined. This is just the way things work.

but theres no problems, lol i have 2 banks attached and a prepaid. and when I put it to the prefered payment method when i checkout on ebay its asking for me to add a card. but if i put my prepaid prefer it just trys to use it. Ebay and paypal r the biggest jokes in the world.

if you are a seller,Paypal would credit your account immediately if you have linked a credit card.
