F&F Chargeback policy
 

obviously most of F&F transaction dispute/claim come as "unauthorized" transaction and it's up to PayPal to determine if that true or false

What would happen if dispute/claim come as "sending this by mistake or wrong email address ?" does PayPal even take this claim seriously ?

Normally F&F transactions cann't be charged back or disputed except in extenuating circumstances. This would be where an obvious case of fraud or unauthorized access occurred, you might be able to convince PayPal to reverse it.

However, if you had ever sent money to this person before in the past, they really won't believe you since they would know it was likely authorized by you.

f&f payments can be charged back in case of unauthorised activity?
If so, scammers can make easy profit

a chargeback is with your cc issuer,cc issuer does not care whether it is a F &F or payment for goods and services.
IF YOU LOSE,you pay $20 chargeback fee

There is no Paypal seller protection for F&F.
If you dine with your friend and he sends you his share of the tab via F&F,then tell his cc issuer he does not recognise this transaction,what can you prove?

smart Paypal users do not deal with scammers using F&F
