eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Run transaction on new paypal account

I have a new paypal account 5 month old it has only 15 transaction with 300$ .
I cannot receive large amount 500$+ to this account.
I have read that account need to run 1000 + to be able to get this type of fund.
So is there a fast method to do so...

PayPal trust is nearly all based on past transaction history.

Yea it's really risky to just do what you normally do off the bat.

I know we want to just start working, but you need to build history, browse the first week, list small stuff the 2nd,

You can sell btc for paypal to the sellers at localbitcoins. Their accounts are trustful enough for paypal. The vice is you have to obtain a trustful localbitcoins account though.
