Is 21 Days Hold a MUST?

Hi people

I'm planning to create new Paypal account and to verify with a VCC.

I will receive one transaction worth about $50. Then I plan to purchase something online with that money and stop using that account for a life.

Will I get 21 days hold immediately after receiving $50?

Account will be created with residential proxy.

Impossible to answer that.

Some accounts don't get holds from day one but the majority do.

Proxy = no no no

it's VERY common for paypal to have the 21 day hold no matter what.
So expect it to happen. If it doesn't then you are lucky.

but if you ship and the tracking showed delivered and or you get a positive feedback, they'll usually release the funds within the week

The guy is new and it is rather obvious. Pretty much everything he is suggesting is wrong and will result in a swift limitation....

Actually I didn't get any limits.

F&F is not available in all countries. SSN is not required as account is not US.

If it's a brand new account you may or may not get a hold, if it clears then you may not be able to spend it right away(you may get some error message)

Most of the time they get a hold but at the off chance you don't get a hold, that hold will come soon or later.
