UK Stealth PayPal withdraws
 
Hello.
Im located in Latvia and have UK Stealth PayPal Account.
How I can withdraw funds from PayPal if I dont have UK Bank Account?

You could buy a UK Bank Drop potentially, and then transfer to your personal bank.

try Transferwise. for monese you need ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs afaik. But care all those onlinebanks try to scam you

if they do did not deactivate your account it doesnt mean they do not deactivate it at all

Oh they do, and they close it with money, and photo id and propose you the option to return the money to Paypal, which ofc Paypal will not be able to link to your account.. Still fighting with them

how do these outfits transfer fund to his Lavian bank account,how much do they charge to do so?
bank to bank clearance is not that simple,it is not like every bank has a desk in a huge hall and you just walk up to them and present the transfer request?
Paypal learns ,for Eastern European banks,it clears thru VISA Europe and has to pay a fee,in the past it has problem with Philipines and Vietnamese banks.

OP needs a bank account to withdraw their UK paypal to, something they should have thought about beforehand TBH as they will struggle getting past ID requirements which I assume they want/need to do.
you are rather naive when it comes to bank to bank clearance.
why VISA Europe,you should ask Paypal CEO,he will tell you

Absolute rubbish!! Paypal operates in 200 countries, including all European ones, with near instant DIRECT deposits.

Just because Paypal said it operates in 200 countries,it does not mean much it can clear fund between Paypal and the local bank,clearance is much more complex
