Chances are, no.

You could always print out the username/password, and sent it via USPS First-Class. If you are selling cracked accounts, you are a scumbag anyways.

You're playing with fire selling digital accounts. As soon as the buyer opens a dispute paypal will ask for proof of delivery which you can't provide since they won't accept an email as proof.

Also their are alot of scam buyers out their who will use hacked PayPal accounts to buy digital products so you are opening yourself up to this.

My advice is don't even bother

Lol, buyers never open disputes on PayPal, literally never. They always message the seller, chances are this guy is the one mistreating his customers, I know I sell digital products...

for INAD,then they will be asked to return the item with tracking .
Most scammers file INR.
If your buyers are filing INAD,did you give them what they expect to receive?
