How to withdraw from Paypal where its not accepted

Hi
I am new member here and I am from Pakistan.. I use paypal stealth account and get payment from my friends or relative in UK..Now I want to get money on my own and don't want to take favor of relatives or friends. Paypal not works in Pakistan so what is the best and easy way to get money in Pakistan from paypal?

Is that UK Paypal? You have 2 options in general. First is to get UK withdrawable VBA and from there to buy Bitcoin. Second is to buy Bitcoin via Paypal balance, some members here on forums offer that service for a fat fee.
