How can I use bank account to pay for shipping labels?

The funding source was set up as my bank. But they only want to withdraw from my credit card to pay for shipping charges. How can I set up my bank as the funding source to pay for shipping?
I have been struggling with this issue for days.

US paypal

I tried Ally bank, BOA, chase, 3 bank accounts under one paypal
None of the bank will work.
They seem banned the bank as a funding source to pay for shipping charges.

Or, is there any way to fix it? PP sucks!
