Cant make purchase on Ebay using paypal
 
I created a paypal account and made a purchase everything went perfect but I deleted my account because I had no need for it but recently needed to make an ebay purchase but now I cant with same card.

Is there a question in there somewhere? Sounds more like a statement.
A card cannot be used on more than a single account so if you closed the previous paypal with that card attached you will not be able to use it with another paypal.

Paypal never remove any account,you may delete it but Paypal still have record of your account.

what if we delete our Paypal account which has activities going back for years?
We may need to access the account in a tax audit?

so I cant use that card ever again with paypal even though i closed the account in the past with card linked to the account

You can use that card with that PayPal account.

she said the account is closed,not sure you can re open the account,I dont think you can.
you can call Paypal and ask

You can recreate the account with the exact same info and it'll reopen it for you.
