I have another question about PayPal. I have graduated from American university and come back to China,I am an ebay seller from Asia. If I apply for a UK stealth account and sell the product, how can I withdraw the money without visa card or UK bank account?I heard that two paypals transfer is very dangerous and can easily cause accounts to be suspended. Is there any other way, such as applying for a virtual card of a British bank and Can the money of paypal be transferred to the virtual card?

you can get uk bank from transferwise ,linked with paypala nd after withdraw into your local bank
