Money is waiting for you, cant claim?

so I got the 'your paypal is eligible to withdrawal' email a few days ago, and now my account looks like this:

when i click claim it, it takes me to this site:

its like the link is broken and i have literally no way of withdrawing. literally what the **** is this? i've never seen something like this and paypal employees just keep telling me unrelated things and they dont understand my actual problem
what to do?

No, but clicking that button should ask me if I want to keep the money in paypal, or withdraw to bank. instead its just a broken link

click on add a bank,to kep in balance you need to provide valid ssn

I have exact same issues now,
I have israeli paypal.
I got an IRS K-1099 asking me for some stuff, then my account limitation was removed, and now I have this on my available funds, exact same issue as yours, currently paypal support is closed, I will call them tomorrow morning. I bet there is a bug or something in paypal.

incidentally i informed paypal of this via their facebook site 3 days ago , still wating for a resolution ,
they actually stopped replying at all 2 days ago .......

i havent yet added a bank account so i cant try, but you guys should definitely try downloading the paypal mobile app and try it there. in the app i can just click wallet and withdraw funds, but i cant test it since i dont have a bank account i could use atm

IRS 1099K is sent to US tax payer with valid social security number.
why are you getting one?
also it is sent out in JANUARY.

YOu'll need a withdrawal method for this before you can click on claim it.

So add the bank account then try again.

maybe you are right. wish i could test it lol.. do you know any withdrawal methods besides real bank account? the real one is linked to my other limited account, and it cannot be removed/added to a different one so i'm kinda lost on where to withdraw my money

Make a new bank account, you can't reuse one that's already used before.

Did you even read the stealth guide yet btw?

yea i've read some of it
making a new bank account costs money tho, and i have to go in to my actual bank to do that

Update:

I have called paypal yesterday and they told me that my account is fine and they dont see any issues, and have forwarded my report and it should be fixed in up to 24 hours.

24 hours passed. nothing changed, and their support is closed now (weekends).

I have the option to withdraw funds from the app, but I am afraid this will cause an issue at paypal side and my account will be get limited since they are bunch of retards monkeys with no logic.

So I will call them on sunday when they will be open and see what they will have to say, I swear if the account will get limited I will shoot them

I'm having the same issue, but I have 2 bank accounts attached. The withdraw button is missing. I have 180 days account limitation.

Please help!

Can anyone confirm that they also have this issue but are able to withdraw the money when they use the app , I'm in the exact same situation still and paypal are now just ignoring my messages sent on the facebook website about this . I tried buying stuff on ebay with my paypal money also but I had to add a credit card and when I did they just used the card to pay for the item , refused to use my paypal balance , its getting ridiculous now . Over a week this " glitch " has been happening for me .

I've now successfully withdrawn my money , logged into paypal and the " claim it " button had been replaced by a " withdraw money " one and it worked fine , hopefully everyone else will have a similar experience already or soon too .
