PayPal ask to Add Bank account to withdraw Funds

Hey guys,

since last week PayPal keep asking to add a bank account to withdraw funds. I peviously withdrew money to my VISA card and that works fine. But now, PayPal ask me to add a bank to withdraw fund. it didn't let me withdraw funds to my visa card.

My PayPal country is Philippines. If you guys have any solution for this problem ??

Get transferwise and link the US account then withdraw in dollars.

read ebay stealth, they always mention verifying a bank account with two pennies. this is a major step. you think its different in PH, paypal keeps making there rules stricker to protect themselves, no matter where you are on earth... follow the rules and you will survive the paypal game bro. ;-)

Their was an influx of virtual Philippines credit cards that people were using on PayPal. This is PayPals response to combat it

Looks like yes. Now it asks bank account to withdraw. Not see an option to withdraw to cc

transferring to a bank account is the proper way or bank issued debit card

There are plenty of US expatriates in Philipines,you mean they cant link a US bank account?
