Withdraw options besides real bank account?

Apparently Payoneer has been blocked by paypal, and I already have my bank account linked to an other paypal account. So how am I gonna withdraw? What are my options? I couldn't find any similar sites that allow withdrawal from paypal.

You are in Hungary,if your bank is a member of Visa Europe,ask for a bank VISA debit card and see if you can use it to withdraw money,of if your bank is not ,find one which is a member of VISA europe.
The reason why I askd if the money is from selling something,your last resort is to refund your buyer and ask him to wire or send you cash,check or western union and offer to pick up the fee,
